In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing the ajo889 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ajo889's Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not access or use the ajo889 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

ajo889 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to age, identity, and source of funds — from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ajo889 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4.1 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ajo889 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ajo889 account at any time. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Where ajo889 identifies that a member holds more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balance will be voided, and any winnings derived from the duplicate account configuration will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ajo889 is required to verify the identity of its members before processing withdrawals. To complete KYC, you will be required to submit a clear copy of your valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Additional documentation — such as a selfie with the KTP, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address — may be requested at ajo889's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the period specified in the verification request may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ajo889 account at any time by contacting support. ajo889 will process your request, settle any outstanding transactions, and release any verified balance to your registered payment method. ajo889 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ajo889 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

ajo889 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ajo889 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ajo889 support immediately.

You must notify ajo889 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ajo889 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account; however, ajo889 cannot be held liable for losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ajo889 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the platform's Cashier section.

6.2 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be reversed to the originating account and the member account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Currency

All deposits to ajo889 accounts are processed and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ajo889 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs on the member's side prior to deposit is the member's sole responsibility.

6.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet methods are typically credited to the member's ajo889 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. ajo889 is not responsible for delays caused by the member's bank or payment service provider.

7.1 KYC Prerequisite

All members must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. ajo889 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any subsequent withdrawal where it has reasonable cause to do so.

7.2 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the member's own legal name — the same name under which the ajo889 account was registered. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be refused. The member is responsible for ensuring their registered payment details are accurate and up to date.

7.3 Processing Times

Verified member withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallet accounts are typically processed within 1–5 minutes during standard operating hours. ajo889 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all withdrawal requests; where this cannot be met, members will be notified through their account or via the registered contact details.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method. ajo889 reserves the right to apply additional withdrawal review processes to amounts above defined thresholds as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money laundering obligations.

7.5 Bonus Balance Restrictions

Funds credited to a member's account as part of a bonus promotion may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are published in the relevant promotion's terms. A member may, at their discretion, forfeit any active bonus by contacting support — in which case the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be removed from the account, and the remaining real-money balance will become eligible for withdrawal.

ajo889 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to its members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general bonus conditions.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible ajo889 members only. Members who have been identified as having previously abused bonus structures — or who have been flagged under the duplicate account policy — are not eligible for bonus offers.

• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Non-transferability: Bonuses are personal to the member account to which they are credited and may not be transferred to another account.

All wagers placed on the ajo889 platform are governed by the general betting rules set out here, together with the game-specific and sport-specific rules published within each product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general and specific rules, the specific rules apply.

9.1 Sportsbook

Bets on football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and other supported sports are accepted subject to the ajo889 Sportsbook Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to return a profit; partial wins do not qualify for a payout. Asian handicap and voor bola (goal handicap) markets follow standard Asian betting convention as published in the Sportsbook Rules section.

9.2 Live Casino

Live casino games from Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, and other integrated studios are governed by the rules published by each studio within the game interface. 9.4 Void Bets

Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the member's account.

• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one ajo889 account at any time, whether for personal use or to facilitate prohibited conduct for another person.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information about live games in a manner that confers an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting to exploit promotions.
• Automated tools and bots: Using software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated process to place wagers, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage over other members or the platform itself.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through staking patterns, hedging strategies, or multi-account arrangements designed to circumvent wagering requirements or guarantee profit from promotional funds.
• Money laundering: Using the ajo889 platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. ajo889 complies with international anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Minors: Registering an account while under the age of 21, or facilitating a person under the age of 21 to access the platform.

• Any action taken by ajo889 in good faith to comply with applicable law or to enforce these Terms, including account suspension, balance withholding, or account closure.

Where applicable law does not permit full exclusion of liability, ajo889's total aggregate liability to a member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ajo889 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects member rights or obligations, ajo889 will provide reasonable notice through the platform's notification system or via the member's registered email address.

Your continued use of the ajo889 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ajo889 holds its international operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ajo889's internal dispute resolution process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.

ajo889 operates its platform under an internationally recognised gaming licence. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform is lawful under applicable law in their own jurisdiction. ajo889 makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside those it expressly targets.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection or financial services laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
